Are the listed prices final or can they change?
All prices are for logos on garments we supply and are subject to change at any time
What factors can affect the final price of my order?
The number of colours and stitches in your logo may affect pricing
Can I provide my own garments for embroidery?
Yes, we are happy to include your own garments for embroidery. However our clients usually order garments through us as it includes their front logo in the price.
What if something happens to my own garments during the process?
We take no responsibility for customer-supplied garments and do not replace them if something goes wrong on our machine, workshop, or in transit.
Have you ever had an issue with damaging customer garments?
In 30 years, we have not had an instance of this happening.
Do you offer any discounts for larger orders?
Yes, discounts are applicable for bulk orders—please email to discuss. Email us at leanne@ballaratembroidey.com.au.
Are there extra fees for certain types of garments?
Yes SOME Pants, Shorts, Overalls, Thick Reversible Vests, and Puffer Garments….. may incur a small fee for extra time.
How are freight costs calculated?
Freight costs depend on how many boxes are shipped and your postcode.
When and how do I pay for freight?
Freight will be invoiced separately and must be paid before shipment.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes, local delivery is usually free with our compliments when ordering garments.
Who is responsible for the garments once they’re shipped?
Once your garments are in transport, they become your responsibility as the owner.
Is there a setup fee for embroidering my logo?
Normally from $77 …. However ask us how you may be eligible for FREE Setup !
Are there any costs for changing the logo after setup?
Extra changes and sample approvals may incur a small fee.
Will I get to see a sample of my logo before production?
Yes, the first sample will be sent as a photo for approval and is included in the setup fee.
